About THEOREM

THEOREM  was founded by a management team with deep backgrounds in strategic consulting, institutional investment, and public–private venture development. Our firm was created in response to a growing need within the investment ecosystem: institutional investors and global companies increasingly require leadership teams capable of building real operating platforms—not merely managing assets—and emerging fund managers must meet institutional standards of cohesion, governance, and long-term execution. We specialize in two core areas: recruiting management teams—from board members and senior advisors to Chief Executive Officers—to oversee direct-investment ventures for institutional-investor clients; and identifying and recommending management teams who are forming or raising new private-equity, venture-capital, or other investment vehicles for those same clients.
